Layer 1 - Outer Shell
- Outer shell constructed 500D Cordura® fabric
- PRemium shoulder and elbow CE Level 2 pad/guards
- Comfort framed collar
- Premium zippered pockets
- Custom Fit detailing at collar, cuffs, elbows and waist
- North-American fit with a longer flattering bodice
- Quality zippers
- Level 2 back pad/guard
- Reflective piping at front, sides and back
- Leather shoulder and elbow trim for added durability.
Layer 2 - Rain Jacket
- Premium waterproof and breathable jacket liner is removable, washable
Layer 3 - Insulation
- This insulation layer can be zipped directly into the main outer shell or the rain jacket shell to ensure multi-season riding comfort
This jacket came in slightly different than we expected, yet it is a top seller! We are running specials to move it .. as the hip area is generous and the adjustment tabs were not added for the lower part of this jacket, they may need a snap adjustment added. We are working on this, until this happens the price is lower!
Cordura 500D fabric is used in the jacket for optimal flexibility.

Cordura is one of the most versatile fabrics used in everything and anything from motorcycle jeans to tactical military jackets. The Cordura fiber technology allows the fabric to weigh less than the heavy-duty Kevlar, offering amazing durability and abrasion resistance.

Cordura is a great fabric for motorcycling. Due to its basket weave construction, Cordura is very breathable and light making it especially useful in hot climates.
- Cordura itself has great ability to repel rain, yet is not a perfect fabric itself for rain protection. Blazen Spirit adds a liner for rain protection when riding.
Sizes 2-28, as well as customization. Our sizes are generous in the size XS to XL, then they move to more curvy fits for plus size ladies. CWI is our Curvy Woman I version of a generous 2X size, CWII is our 3X, CWIII is 4X and XCI (Extra Curvy I) is our ladies 5x.
